    MAIN PURPOSE

    The Assistant Manager Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness of the Sao Paulo boutique, by partnering with in-store boutique management. The scope of the role includes but is not limited to inventory control, asset protection, policy and procedures enforcement, purchasing and store planning projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all operational policies and procedures are kept up to date. Develop strategy to measure and ensure all employees are trained in these operations policies. Ensure all policies are enforced by Management in the boutique.
    • Ensure the boutique remain audit ready at all times, preforming in store mock audits to ensure compliance. Reiterate and support the corporate directives in regard to inventories and cycle counts and audits.
    • Act as the point of contact for local and Americas’ FP&A teams. Manage local expenses via the NSPO process and aid local management with expense tracking and reporting.
    • Ensure proper procedures are being met with regard to cash, credit card, wires.
    • Manage all supply chain activities in partnership with VCA US and in compliance to company’s values, policies and vision. This includes but is not limited to managing all B2B orders in the system, manual lists of non B2B orders and reassignment of creations to clients on the wait list.
    • Collaborate and support Asset Protection department in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, inter-store communication and audits.
    • Oversee after-sales service operations in the market, liaising with Richemont Brazil and corporate offices in New York.
    • Support translation requests from NY team.
    • Evaluate operations in the region on a regular basis and make process improvement or simplification recommendations to reduce workload for the stores and ensure standards are maintained.
    • Support region on training of new system roll-outs.

    Qualifications

    • Strong working knowledge of Windows environment, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Experience in Luxury sector is a plus.
    • Strong Project Management Skills.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
    • Strong Interpersonal & organizational skills.
    • 5 Years of experience in retail operations.
    • SAP Experience is a plus.
    • Some travel maybe required.
