Team Overview And Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Industrial Process Coordinator to join our team.

Based in Cariacica, Brazil, reporting to Operation Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, strategies, development and coordination of industrial process activities, including the elaboration of budgets, schedules, contracting and execution of industrial installations, aiming promote the continuous improvement of the company’s technical and technological conditions, evaluating costs, defining and optimizing the means and methods of production to expand, modernize and increase production capacity, according to pre-established guidelines and strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze the performance of industrial processes by measurements and tests with the aim of improve equipment performance and increase productivity.
• Coordinate detailed studies of rationalization and optimization of production processes, monitoring the development and application of new methodologies, technologies, production operations and tasks.
• Participate in the development of new products and operational techniques that may be important in optimizing costs and equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate and provide technical support to projects and tests with new equipment, processes, operations and raw materials.
• Keep updated all technical documentation regarding equipment, process control data, productivity indexes and others.
• Monitor production, maintenance and quality indicators, participating in processes of prevention, correction and performance improvement of equipment and machines.
• Define, together with other areas, data and technical information necessary for carrying out the development of projects and their methodologies, for the adaptation of new products, new raw materials or others.
• Coordinate specific studies on production methods and processes in the new products manufacturing.
• Prepare technical documentation, issue reports and technical opinions, as well as update manuals, through studies, data collection and operational programs
• Generate technical and safety specifications for products and processes.
• Lead research projects, establishing economic feasibility analyzes of modifications/replacements or implementation of equipment and variables of environmental impacts, safety, environment and health.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and investments, providing data and technical information.

• At least Advanced English (mandatory)

• Under Graduated in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Production Engineer
• Knowledges in AUTOCAD and technical drawings
• Experience in Process Engineering and Industrial Area
• Differential for candidate that have previous experience in cable and/or flexible pipe industry.

Funções e Responsabilidades

• Coordenar e analisar o desempenho dos processos industriais por meio de medições e testes, com o objetivo de melhorar a eficiência dos equipamentos e aumentar a produtividade.
• Coordenar estudos detalhados de racionalização e otimização dos processos produtivos, acompanhando o desenvolvimento e aplicação de novas metodologias, tecnologias, operações produtivas e tarefas.
• Participar do desenvolvimento de novos produtos e técnicas operacionais que possam ser importantes na otimização de custos e eficiência dos equipamentos.
• Coordenar e dar suporte técnico a projetos e testes com novos equipamentos, processos, operações e matérias-primas.
• Manter atualizada toda a documentação técnica referente aos equipamentos, dados de controle de processo, índices de produtividade e outros.
• Acompanhar indicadores de produção, manutenção e qualidade, participando de processos de prevenção, correção e melhoria de desempenho de equipamentos e máquinas.
• Definir, em conjunto com outras áreas, dados e informações técnicas necessárias para a realização do desenvolvimento de projetos e suas metodologias, para adequação de novos produtos, novas matérias-primas ou outros.
• Coordenar estudos específicos sobre métodos e processos de produção em novos produtos.
• Elaborar documentação técnica, emitir relatórios e pareceres técnicos, bem como atualizar manuais, por meio de estudos, levantamento de dados e programas operacionais.
• Gerar especificações técnicas e de segurança para produtos e processos.
• Liderar projetos de pesquisa, estabelecendo análises de viabilidade econômica de modificações/substituições ou implantação de equipamentos e variáveis de impactos ambientais, segurança, meio ambiente e saúde.
• Participar da elaboração do orçamento anual e dos investimentos, fornecendo dados e informações técnicas.
