    About The Team/role

    Our Sales team is essential to driving growth and ensuring the success of our business operations.

    As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing sales team and executing commercial strategies to expand our client base and foster long-term partnerships.

    You’ll be responsible for overseeing the acquisition and growth of new clients, ensuring the delivery of personalized, effective solutions, and contributing to the overall business growth.

    This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and operational excellence, all while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Managing our Acquisition and Engagement strategy with ERPs.
    • Managing Sales Targets, to garantee achivements.
    • Building strong and strategic relationship with ERPs.
    • Establishing and strengthening solid relationships across various areas.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economy, Business Administration or related fields.
    • 5+ years of experience in a leadership position on Sales (B2B) – seniority will be evaluated in the selection process.
    • Emotional intelligence, resilience, communication, teamwork, critical thinking, decision making, result driven and organization.
    • Management and leadership skills.
    • Strong ability to build relationships and negotiation skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of the market and competitors.
    • Relationship with ERP management software companies is a plus.
    • Excel and Power Point knowledge.
    • Advanced english.
