    The Opportunity

    This position works of our São Paulo location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division.

    As the Stragegic Pricing Manager, you will analyzes impact of pricing and contract term decisions on deal and country profitability.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and implement pricing plans for the organization’s products to meet established targets.
    • Contribute to business planning to develop a pricing strategy consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and objectives.
    • Defines objectives and allocates resources to ensure pricing is effective, economical, and appropriate for intended audience, while still profitable for the company.
    • Adjusts pricing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
    • Liaise with other managers to ensure activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
    • Guides, monitors, analyzes, and provides expertise on pricing and contract terms for acquisition opportunities.
    • Advises on deal pricing and contract terms for large and I or complex upcoming deals Utilizes Pricing Recommendation Tool to provide pricing guidance and maintain price integrity; builds “comparables” database.
    • Leverages experience with past deals to provide expertise.
    • Analyzes impact of pricing and contract term decisions on deal and country profitability.
    • Tracks compliance of current contracts, including price increases and commitment adherence.
    • Provides insights, input and guidance to country profitability enhancement initiatives.
    • Developing Pricing Strategies: Formulating and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness.
    • Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand pricing trends, competitor pricing, and market demand.
    • Financial Evaluation: Performing financial evaluations to assess the impact of pricing decisions on overall profitability.
    • Negotiations: Assisting in pricing negotiations with customers and partners to secure favorable terms.
    • Data Management: Maintaining and updating pricing databases to ensure accuracy and integrity in all pricing matters.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all pricing strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Reporting: Preparing detailed reports and presentations on pricing strategies and their outcomes for senior management.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously improving pricing processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness to market conditions.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related areas.
    • Previous experience in pricing management roles is highly valued. Essential skills for this position include data analysis, knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, and strong negotiation abilities.
