    RINA is currently recruiting for a Técnico de Calibração QA/QC (Metrologia) to join its office in Macaé, RJ within the Energy Project Solutions Division.

    Missão

    Serviço Técnico para Calibração – QA/QC [Onshore]

    Responsabilidades

    • Realizar calibração de instrumentos de medição, monitoramento, detecção e controle, incluindo:
      • Manômetros
      • Válvulas de segurança
      • Transmissores de pressão e temperatura
      • Termômetros
      • Balanças em geral
      • Paquímetros e micrômetros
      • Gabaritos e pentes de roscas
      • Multímetros e megômetros
      • Medidores de vazão
      • Detectores de gases
      • Outros instrumentos conforme necessidade
    • Seguir procedimentos corporativos, normas aplicáveis e legislação vigente
    • Garantir a conformidade com os processos da Halliburton
    • Analisar e interpretar:
      • Manuais de operação dos instrumentos
      • Diagramas elétricos, pneumáticos e hidráulicos
    • Realizar cálculos matemáticos para:
      • Determinação de porcentagens
      • Cálculo de erros relativos
      • Conversão de unidades do sistema SI
    • Cumprir processos e procedimentos da companhia
    • Executar as atividades com segurança e excelência

    Requisitos

    • Conhecimentos necessários:
      • Metrologia e automação
      • Pneumática e hidráulica
      • Conexões de processo
      • Manuseio de instrumentos de medição
      • Segurança no manuseio de equipamentos elétricos/eletrônicos
      • Cálculo de incerteza da medição
      • Norma ISO/IEC 17025
      • Análise de certificados de calibração
      • Experiência executando serviços de calibração
